To get to the Survey Tracking page, hover over “Analytics” towards the top right of the page and select “Survey Tracking.”
This will bring you to a new screen. Towards the top of the screen, you’ll see the option to sort by “Completed,” “Not Completed,” and “Never Contacted.” Click these labels to filter your clients accordingly.
You can check off the clients that you want to send off the Risk Tolerance Questionnaire (RTQ) to, and click on the “Send To Selected” button (make sure the “Client Email” column is filled for those clients).
You can auto send the RTQ to your clients every 90, 180, 360, or 720 days. To do this, click the “Frequency” button on the sidebar to the left side of the screen, and select the desired number. If there are clients you do not wish to send these automatic RTQs to, you can check them off and click “Do Not Send Automatic Emails.”
You can also export this list as an Excel file. To do this, click on the “Export to Excel” button on the sidebar.
